How to Log In

VWFS will issue an invitation e-mail to you to register for Customer Portal

You will create an FS ID if you do not already have one. This can be used across multiple digital channels

You will recieve a one-time passcode to enter to Customer Portal via SMS

You will then be brought to the My Dashboard tab where you can begin their Customer Portal journey
