FAQs
What is covered under a Service Plan?
Service Plans cover all routine service and inspections recommended by the manufacturer. This usually includes oil change services and any filters required for replacement based on the vehicles age and mileage.
Some Service Plan products may cover the replacement of maintenance components, such as wiper blades and brake pads. Please check our offers to see if there is a product available for your vehicle.
Service Plans do not cover general car repairs resulting from wear and tear, or damage. Please check our offers for all inclusions and exclusions.
What happens to my Service Plan if I sell my car?
The Service Slan is non-transferrable to other vehicles. The service plan contract is terminated. Refunds may be available based on services claimed vs payments made on the contract.
What happens to my Service Plans if my contract expires?
Your contract will only expire when you have reached your end of contract date or claimed all services associated with the plan. At this point your contract has ended but it may be possible to purchase another service plan and start a new contract.
