For the first time, customers can have a brand new car with lower monthly payments and innovative flexibility based on the Guaranteed Minimum Future Value.
2011
Volkswagen Bank GmbH Branch Ireland starts to offer Service Plans to customers, making the servicing costs of their vehicle affordable.
2014
Volkswagen Bank GmbH Branch Ireland provided nearly €3 Billion in car finance to the Irish consumer. The number of customers is in excess of 30,000. Volkswagen Bank GmbH Branch Ireland launched its very first website, providing an online presence and support for our customers.
The product portfolio continues to grow and over the next few years Volkswagen Bank GmbH Branch Ireland will have some ground-breaking products to offer the Irish consumer.
2015
Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles is the first and only car brand to offer PCP on commercial vehicles in Ireland. Another first for Volkswagen Bank GmbH Branch Ireland.
Used Car PCP is made available on used cars across all Volkswagen Group Ireland Brands.
2016
Volkswagen Group Ireland welcome Volkswagen Bank GmbH Branch Ireland to their headquarters in Liffey Valley to create a centralised campus for Volkswagen’s Irish Business.
2018
Volkswagen Financial Services Ireland Limited is established.
Volkswagen Financial Services launch their Leasing business in Ireland. Volkswagen Bank GmbH Branch Ireland celebrates 10 years in the Irish market.
2020
Volkswagen Bank GmbH Branch Ireland closes and the existing customer portfolio is transferred over to Volkswagen Financial Services Ireland Limited, resulting in all consumer and non-consumer products and services being provided by the one entity.
