Together for Integrity

Together for Integrity (T4I) is the largest cultural change project ever undertaken in Volkswagen Financial Services. T4I is based on the principles of high quality ethics and compliance programs developed by the Ethics and Compliance Initiative (ECI) and defines VWFSI’s compliance culture:

  • Integrity and compliance are essential elements of our business strategy           
  • Our managers on all levels create and maintain a culture of integrity
  • We promote, protect, and appreciate reports of concerns or suspected inappropriate behaviour
  • Integrity and compliance risk will be identified and mitigated
  • We take measures to address inappropriate behaviour

The purpose of these activities is to emphasise that compliance and integrity are just as important to VWFS as sales and profits.

Every staff member plays an important role in achieving our business goals, and it’s key that they understand the impact they make both individually and collectively. Our managers operate an open manner which makes it easy for employees to provide feedback and ask questions freely.

Health & Wellbeing

We encourage our employees to take time to relax and re-charge. Our Employee Assistance Programme (EPA) provides a confidential telephone service and face-to-face counselling sessions for employees whenever they need to talk about something more personal, or is feeling low, anxious or stressed. Employees can also avail of lunchtime yoga classes, step challenge competitions, Annual Health Screening and onsite Flu Vaccines.


Learning & Development

Over the last two years, we have implemented various digital processes. This digitalisation has created new jobs, made processes more efficient and demonstrated to employees that VWFS is always progressed and becoming more innovative. We support employees who want to develop themselves and progress their role within the company by studying for additional educational, technical and professional qualifications.



VWFSI offers competitive renumeration, income protection, bonus schemes, an initial 24 days annual leave, private medical insurance and access to products through the Employee Car Scheme (ECO). We also offer one of the best pension schemes available in the Financial Services sector. Additionally, we have an Employee Engagement Committee to act as a barometer of the morale of our employees, a Sports & Social Committee to bring some fun to the workplace and a Charity Committee to support charities close to our employees’ hearts’.

Balancing the demands of family, friends and other personal commitments in addition to managing our work lives is a constant struggle for us all, which is why VWFS are doing our best to help make life easier for everyone. We offer private health insurance including family packages and banked working hours and 2 company days (Good Friday & Christmas Eve) to our Employees.
