If you expect difficulties in making your upcoming payment, please get in touch as soon as possible. Early engagement allows us to:

If You Have Missed a Payment

If a payment has been missed, we will contact you to let you know and to explain what this means for your agreement. We may contact you via letter, phone or email.

We will also:

  • Provide you with clear, easy to understand information about the missed payment and any impact it may have.
  • Ensure you have the opportunity to discuss your circumstances with us and provide you with options and the next steps available to you. 
  • In some cases, it may be necessary to complete an assessment of your affordability to determine the options available to you. Our dedicated agents will provide you with all the information necessary to complete this process.
