That means you can check your finance contract in your own time, no matter where you are (as long as you've got mobile data or wifi)

How to Log In

VWFS will issue an invitation email and/or SMS to you to register for Customer Portal

You will create an FS ID if you do not already have one. This can be used across multiple digital channels

You will receive a one-time passcode to enter the Customer Portal via SMS

You will then be brought to the My Dashboard tab where you can begin their Customer Portal journey
